The AirFit F30 Full Face Mask is available in small and medium full face cushion sizes, with medium being the standard size that fits most people. Replacement cushions can be purchased separately and we recommend replacing mask cushions every 2 to 3 months for optimal mask seal.

The AirFit F30 boasts a quick-release elbow that allows for late-night bathroom breaks without the need for mask readjustments. With the quick-release elbow, you can easily disconnect from and reconnect to your CPAP circuit without taking off your mask. The elbow also swivels 360 degrees, allowing for a full range of motion during sleep.

ResMed has also integrated its innovative QuietAir vent technology into the AirFit F30 elbow. With exhalation ports that direct air away from the user and bed partner, the QuietAir vent elbow minimizes noise and draft for a better night's sleep.

What is the difference between the ResMed AirFit F20 and F30 full face masks?
The main difference between the ResMed F30 mask and the very similar F20 mask is the cushion. The AirFit F20 cushion is a traditional, triangle-shaped full face cushion that covers the mouth and sits on the bridge of the nose.

The AirFit F30 cushion, on the other hand, covers the mouth but does not sit on the nasal bridge. Instead, the top part of the cushion sits underneath the nose, and openings at the top of the AirFit F30 cushion facilitate air flow into the nostrils.

Moreover, the AirFit F30 incorporates an adjustment strap at the crown of the head to enhance the fit and stability of the headgear, whereas the AirFit F20 lacks this crown adjustment strap.

Is the ResMed F30 mask compatible with all CPAP machines?
The ResMed AirFit F30 Full Face Mask is compatible with all CPAP machines except for the ResMed AirMini.

How do I clean the ResMed F30 mask?
Weekly: headgear, elbow, frame
Daily: cushion

1. Disassemble the mask.
2. Soak the cushion, headgear, elbow and frame in warm soapy water for up to ten minutes. Please use a mild detergent that is free from moisturizers and harsh chemicals such as bleach.
3. Scrub the vent holes on the elbow with a soft bristle brush.
4. Rinse all components thoroughly under running water and squeeze out excess water from the headgear. Lay parts out to air dry away from direct sunlight.

What is the recommended replacement schedule for the AirFit F30 mask?
We recommend replacing the AirFit F30 mask cushion every 2 to 3 months to ensure an optimal seal. The headgear should be replaced every 6 months or whenever it has stretched out. The mask frame and elbow connector can be replaced as needed.

Is the AirFit F30 mask recommended for CPAP users with facial hair?
The AirFit F30 mask can be a suitable option for CPAP users with facial hair. However, facial hair can interfere with the mask's ability to seal effectively. To improve your mask seal, keep facial hair well-groomed and trimmed, particularly in the areas where the mask cushion comes in contact with the skin.
