How Does the RespShop 30-Day Mask Guarantee Work?

Unopened CPAP masks can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. The refund will be processed to the original payment method, whether it’s a credit card or PayPal account.

Opened CPAP masks can be returned for 100% store credit within 30 days of purchase. The store credit is valid for 12 months.

Refunds and store credit under the 30-day mask guarantee program can be applied once every 6 months. RespShop reserves the right to refuse returns from customers at our discretion.

How Do I Return a CPAP Mask?

  • Please call RespShop at 866-936-3754 and have your invoice/order number ready. Our customer service agents will help process the refund or issue store credit, depending on your return situation.
  • Please ship your mask back to RespShop. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Before your return your mask, please make sure to insert all cushions, headgear, and accessories that came with mask back into the original packaging.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed after RespShop receives the returned mask. We do our best to issue refunds the same day we receive the return but it may take longer to show up on your credit card or bank statement due to bank processing times.

Do I get a refund on the shipping fee I paid for the order?

No, shipping charges on the original order are not refundable.

What am I supposed to use the store credit for? I can’t find a mask I like.
