Here at Respshop, we offer a CPAP Machine Repair Service. Below are some of the most frequently asked questions about our repair service.

Q: Can my CPAP machine be repaired?

A: If you have purchased your CPAP through us, and it is still under Warranty, you can send it to us for repairs. If not under warranty or not purchased through us, you will need to purchase the Repair order first, then send it to us.

Q: How do I fix my CPAP machine?

A: You can call your provider to assist with troubleshooting; do not repair units yourself as it can void any warranty or break the unit.

Q: How do I get my CPAP machine fixed?

A: You can purchase our CPAP Repair service and send it to us for repairs. Only the following CPAPs are accepted:

  • ResMed AirMini Travel, AirSense/AirCurve 10 & 11 Series CPAP/VPAP
  • DeVilbiss IntelliPAP CPAP Machine
  • Somnetics Transcend CPAPs
  • HDM Z1/Z2 Machines

Q: Why do you not accept my CPAP for repair?

A: Since we send the machines to the manufacturers to be repaired, many are no longer being repaired due to age.  Most manufacturers will repair CPAPs up to 5 years after the last production date for discontinued models.  We currently do not repair Philips CPAPs due to the recall, and Philips is not accepting repairs.

Q: Do CPAP machines need to be serviced?

A: No.

Q: Do you fix the machines or send them to be fixed?

A: We send the machines to the manufacturer/repair center to be fixed.

Q: Can you repair my machine in-house?

A: No, we do not repair machines in-house.
