Opti-Start
This feature allows your device to use your most recent sleep performance as an input to your next Auto-Bipap therapy session. The goal is to start your therapy closer to your adjusted pressure. This optional feature can be enabled or disable on the settings of the machine.

Bi-Flex and C-Flex Technology
Bi-flex Pressure relief technology offers pressure relief at inhalation and exhalation to make BiPAP therapy more like natural breathing. By tracking each breath, Bi-Flex pressure relief technology delivers pressure relief at three critical points in the breathing cycle, and the transition from exhalation to inhalation.

C-Flex: C-Flex pressure relief technology makes sleep therapy more comfortable by reducing pressure at the beginning of exhalation and returning to therapeutic pressure just before inhalation. The level of pressure relief varies based on the user’s expiratory flow and which of the three C-Flex settings has been selected.

Bi-Flex is enable when the machine set to Bi-PAP Auto and C-Flex engage when CPAP mode.

Advance Event Detection
Built in device intelligence so that you can make the most informed decisions possible. The new sleep system addresses advanced sleep assessment parameters including AHI, large leak, flow limitation and RERAs that help you determine appropriate clinical management of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).

But the real advancement is its ability to point out when the user is experiencing symptoms beyond classic OSA. With intelligent technology that can identify clear airway apneas and periodic breathing, the system immediately indicates the potential need for specialized therapy. With the new system, all events can now be verified by looking at detailed user flow waveform data captured by the device.

Resistance Control
Control achieves complete system comfort by enabling the device and mask to work optimally together. Through simple settings, the technology instructs the device to compensate for variable resistance characteristics related to different masks. The result is synchronous pressure delivery and the assurance users can enjoy the full benefits of our Flex comfort technologies no matter which Philips Respironics mask is used.

Wide LCD Screen Display
With bigger LCD screen ensures users will be able to see interface even in the dark with bigger dial knob for easy navigation, with a sensor is built-in on top of the machine to detect ambient light in the bedroom. It dims the screen in a dark environment and brightens it when you are in an area with ample ambient light.

If you can't accept returns how do I return something that was sent in error or has a defect?
Answer
We accept returns for both of those situations. We do not accept returns on CPAPs that have been used for refund, due to Covid regulations.
Question
How can I make my Respironics DreamStation Auto BiPAP Machine blow out cooler air. It constantly blows out hot air. I've change all filter and tubing. Same problem.
Answer
If you go into your settings, try changing the humidity to 1, and if you have a heated tube, you will also want to decrease the tube temperature to 1 as well.

Here is a video which will show you how to adjust these settings: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OB7_0q81GRA
