At RespShop, we know that there are many reasons why a patient may need a CPAP machine quickly, and we understand that you're not always looking to buy a new device. Sometimes you need a new machine for vacation, or as a replacement while you're current machine gets repaired. You might be considering using a CPAP machine for the first time or you might want to test whether an auto works better than your current standard machine. Whatever the reason, we know that sometimes renting a CPAP machine is a better option than buying one. Whatever is required for your therapy, we have you covered with our thirty-five day CPAP rental program: from the time of your order, you'll be able to rent the machine for up to five weeks as you pursue a more long term solution.
Rent a Standard, Auto, or Bi-level
Whether you want to rent a fixed-pressure CPAP machine, an automatic device, or a bi-level, we have you covered. You'll also be able to use a humidifier with each of our machines, so you'll be able to receive the ergonomic therapy you deserve without having to purchase the machine or humidifier yourself.
You can rest easy knowing that your equipment has been thoroughly cleaned: all of our machines and humidifiers will be sanitized with the latest oxygen cleaning technology, and every order will come with brand new tubes and filters.
Each rental machine comes with an RMA -- Return Merchandise Authorization -- form and a $250 deposit: the equipment can be mailed back quickly and the deposit will be refunded upon the machine's return to RespShop.
Return Shipping Instructions
RespShop covers the return shipping. All CPAP Rentals will include a paid UPS return shipping label upon purchase. In order to recieve deposit customers must include CPAP machine, humidifier, the CPAP travel bag, and any power adapters. Customers should remove the tube and filter and keep or dispose on their own.
Thirty-Five Day Rental Program
Rent Fixed Pressure, Automatic, or Bi-level Machines
RespShop.com offers this rental program for patients who want to use or try a machine over a limited period of time. Under our program, you pay the cost of a 35-day rental and will receive a machine for the duration of the trial period. The thirty-five day period begins the day after purchase.
After you have ordered a machine, we will send you one sanitized machine, with one new span of tubing, and one new filter. Starting the day after purchase, you will have thirty-five days to use and return the machine. If the machine is not received at our office on the 35th day of the rental period, we will apply a an additional charge of 80% of the machine's retail value, minus the $250 deposit. If you would like to extend your trial, you may purchase additional rental periods. You will only be charged the deposit once.
We require a prescription for all CPAP rentals. If you have purchased a machine at RespShop.com before, please let us know, as we may already have your prescription on file. If not, you can fax it to us at 1-866-936-3730 or email us at email@example.com. We must have a copy of your prescription before we ship your rental. Customers who have rented a machine are not eligible for our mask assurance return program on any CPAP mask purchased.

Can I pick which machine I rent?
There is one option available for each of the fixed pressure, automatic, and bi-level machines. Please contact our customer service department if you'd like to know the exact make and model.
Does this come with a mask?
It does not and, as outlined in our policy, our mask assurance program is not available for customers purchasing a CPAP rental.
Is this program available to customers in Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes, it's available to customers in all fifty states.
How do I extend my rental?
In order to extend your rental by another 35 days, customers must call into customer service at 866-936-3754. You will be charged an additional 35 days worth at the cost of the machine you chose, but you will not be charged another deposit. You can not extend your rental period online.
