  • Respshop will issue the customer an RMA (Return Material(s) Authorisation Form) for a stress-free return of the product.
  • The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees.
  • Product must be received by Respshop within 10 days of the return claim being filed.
  • All products must be returned in it's original packaging and free from any defects for a full refund (less shipping) to be issued.
  • If returned materials are damaged or are missing parts, it will be at the sole discretion of Respshop to issue a refund, partial or otherwise, or to return the product to the customer at the customer's expense.
