Q. I used it for a month and it started leaking. The soft silicone comes off from the hard plastic part. I do not know how to fix it back. So I am wondering if i have use it wrongly. Is it that user unfriendly?

These are the best, most comfortable pillow masks I have ever used. Easy to clean, if you don't have something like So-Clean product. I wash mine every day and keep a spare one while the other air dries.
