How do I locate the size of my current DreamWear mask?
The cushion size can be found on the front of the cushion next to the arrow where it plugs into the frame. The frame size is stamped near its connection to the elbow swivel
Does this mask come with a short tube?
No. The mask comes with a 360° swiveling elbow but no short tube. Since your CPAP circuit connects overhead, the tubing does not apply downward drag on the mask, so a short tube extension is not needed.
What is the size of the frame included in the FitPack?
The FitPack includes a medium frame which fits most CPAP users comfortably. Small and large frames are available for purchase separately.
What is the difference between the DreamWear with Arms and the original DreamWear Nasal Mask without Arms?
The difference is the headgear. The Headgear with Arms is a refreshed and upgraded design to prevent unintentional mask movement during sleep. The mask uses the same nasal cushions and frame as the original DreamWear nasal mask. If you already own a DreamWear nasal mask, you can just purchase the Headgear with Arms separately to upgrade your DreamWear system.

Subject: Horrible Mask
I reviewed this mask before but now that I have used it for a bit longer, I hate this thing. First of all, it leaks air at the quick connect and I have tried everything to make it stop. It slips off at night, especially when I turn on my side and it leaks air at the nose piece! Worse mask I have every owned. My sleep grades have tanked since I started using this mask..
What do I like? I like that is connects on top of the head.

Not very happy with it. Because the hose attaches on top of my head it is difficult to hook up, with catches in my hair and clashes with the headboard of my bed. Also, it takes some fiddling get it to sit properly under my nose. Even then it sometimes shifts during the night. The small amount of air leakage that is ‘normal’ can be irksome blowing on my face. To clean it requires pulling the headgear straps out through openings in the mask assembly and I wonder how many times it will last before it rips. I’m going get the Pilairo again and return this one. The problem is that I won’t get a refund OR a retroactive store credit BEFORE I can change it.
I have tried many other masks and so far DreamWear is the most comfortable with hardly no air leak. I am finally able to have long, uninterrupted sleeps. As a result I wake up rested and stay alert through out the day.
With DreamWear mask, it is possible to sleep on your side.
Nose piece (cushion) is amazingly comfortable and won't leave any bruise marks. Frame can leave marks however felt frame cover attachments helps reduced marks.
Only negative is the headgear, it looses its shape and tension within a month. It needs to be longer lasting.
This mask works extremely well for me, I no longer have a to look for other options.

I started wearing this mask with the wrong size. MY FAULT. I should have used the little measuring thingy. I thought I was a medium because my husband said, "That one is good". LOL Anywhoooo...lots of leaks when the pressure increased. So I changed to a small cushion size and that really helped. Learn from me. The measuring thingy is better than your husband's opinion. And the mask is very comfortable and flip around and sleep on my side and squish my face. I have to still give it a 4 because it is still leaking a bit with high pressure. I just got the Resmed Airfit p30i and the pillows hold a much better seal. And it's comfortable. So I like it better.
Subject: Dreamwear CPAP nasal mask
Not the mask for me. It gets stuck to my hair and pulls it. When I move at night when I'm asleep, the connection gets caught on to the headboard and bed causing me to wake up and adjust it. What I do like is that I can wear my glasses with the mask on and read or watch TV prior to going to sleep. I'll keep this one as a backup and stay with the same style CPAP mask I have been using for years.

Subject: New Respironics DreamWear under the nose mask
I can't see that it is any different except for the knobs on the side. I dislike them intensely; they catch in my hair. I ordered a silk skull cap to wear, but it just bunches up. Anything heavier would make me way too hot.
I went back to my old mask because I couldn't deal with my hair getting pulled out.
I would like to return it or exchange it for the old style, if Respshop would do that.

I am very pleased with the DreamWear mask overall. This is really the first mask I have used other than the mask I wore the night of the testing at the sleep center. The mask at the center was a full face mask and the the MOST uncomfortable thing I have ever worn. This mask is very light and comfortable.I have even worn it watching TV at bedtime and forget I even have it on. I did not give it a 5 rating because it does tend to come off easily while sleeping - that being said I am a very restless sleeper so that may be more my problem than the mask.
I LOVE THIS MASK! I always had problems with my old mask. But this mask is the best ever invented. No leaks. No dekubitus. You don't even know, you wear a mask. Perfect for side-sleepers. I did not use my CPAP often in history because of the old mask. But now I use it every day. You should buy the Fit Pack, so you can try the perfect size. I use medium, although I should use Large (looking in the sizing frame and testing like written in the manual). But medium is better for me. So better try all sizes.
I have been using this exact setup (Large Frame, Medium Nose Cushion) for two years and find it very comfortable, easy to maintain, and when purchased in the KIT 1116691 very affordable. Getting the kit with your sized headgear and nose cushion is the least expensive way to order it. And you get everything that you need except the Hose (or Heated Nose), and the water reservoir. This site carries these kits for a price LOWER than my insurance deductible !!! Going to place my next order here!
Subject: my phillips nasal pillow mask
I've only been using for a few nights for the first time ever using a cpap. This one leaks a the top connection. I think it has air holes. Leaks around the nose at times. Im not sure how its supposed to fit.
