Ergonomic and Custom Fitting CPAP Mask
ResMed's Mirage Micro Nasal CPAP Mask with Headgear offers the most personalized fit of any CPAP mask. The forehead support system gently presses against your face, working with the headgear to attach securely to your face. The mask's dual-cushion technology lets the nasal pad conform to your face without sacrificing comfort, and the device's MicroFit Dial allows you to pick from 24 tightness settings.
Designed with a dual-wall cushion, the cushions come in six sizes: Kids, Small, Medium, Large, Large Wide, and Extra Large. The inner layer of the cushion conforms to your face, while the outer layer attaches to the mask's nasal membrane for a secure fit.
With an innovative MicroFit Dial allows you to select one of 24 different size settings. Simply turn the dial to change the fit, and pick the right level of tightness for you and your face.
- Improved Diffusion Vent
- Clean it Quickly
- Headgear Quick Clips Lets You Save Your Settings
The mask's nasal cushion is small and compact, so your line of sight will be unobstructed with the Mirage Micro.
Is using the MicroFit dial difficult?
No, simply turn the knob up or down for a quick and easy pressure adjustment.
What kind of diffusion does this mask offer?
The Mirage Micro's diffuser has a circular design located on the mask's elbow. The exhalation ports reduce noise, and make it easier for you and your partner to fall asleep.

Subject: Reveiw retaction
I can not with a way to correct my previous review. So I will leave this as a retraction. Ashley addressed my problem and went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to correct my problem. I over reacted and just left a bad review instead of checking in to see what could be done, I'm a bone head. I have had to use CPAP since 1998. I will be placing all future purchases and needs with Respshop.
Subject: NOT HAPPY AGAIN!!
This mask is ok, but these folks are apparently using kids strapping on the masks. Absolutely no adjustment. Mask is entirely to tight, wake up with a red ring around my nose. I bought another mask, same thing. Now I am out $200 for unuseable junk!!
I am so sorry this mask did not work for you. Please contact our office and we would be happy to help you our mask assurance program. Thank you
Subject: Good choice
The mask works well, even if it's an older design. It's fairly bulky but when adjusted properly, feels comfortable and works without issue. I have nothing about it to complain about.
Recently my old mask broke at the nasal bridge so I went on a search for a new one. I found this mask and it seems older but I was pretty intrigued by the forehead pad system. Decided to give it a try and after a week-ish of use, I think this is a very solid mask.
I know a lot of people I talked to about CPAP masks don’t like forehead/nasal bridge supports but I never minded them. As mentioned, the bar on my last mask broke so I was hoping to find something more durable or without a bar. Well this mask has a very large bar but I actually think it’s fantastic. The part that touches the forehead is two large pads that really help to diffuse the force so it leaves no imprint. The bar also has this really neat dial that you turn to get small increments of tightening/loosening, which I think is amazing for getting the right cushion fit. If you’re someone who struggles with the tyranny of straps, I would highly recommend this dial system.
The cushion does its job, it fits really well (maybe due to the great dial). Easy to clean, I just usually soak it in some warm water and wipe it dry but I’m sure everyone has their own preferred way to do it.
I like this mask, and especially the headgear style. Not a fan of the ones that go over the top of my head because those have always bothered me, so I decided to give this mask a try a while back. Overall I have no complaints, and it fits my needs well. Haven’t felt any need to try other masks.
Fit/Feel- The straps run around your head, parallel to the ground, so no strap over the top of your head. I haven’t experienced any slippage issues, so this headgear design is perfect. Four straps, two on each side, so no problems getting the right adjustment. Also, on the forehead portion, there’s this dial that you can turn to adjust finer size increments. Great feature, and it really helped me get an even better adjustment and fit. Nose cushion is good too, comfortable and fits. No red ring problems, but that might just be because I’m always diligent about adjusting the straps perfectly.
Other notes- Quick clasps are nice, makes it easy to take off which helps a lot on rough mornings where I don’t want to tangle with my mask. Also the mask does seem a bit quieter since the exhalation holes are spread in a circle. Don’t feel any kind of stream of air blowing onto me, which is always useful for getting a good’s night sleep.
Great mask overall. I would highly recommend for the above reasons.
I like this style for me because of the head rest that keeps mask centered on my face. I tend to move a lot at night. This mask stays in place.
Most comfortable mask of many that I have tried. Very good price; I looked all over internet. Will shop here again.
