Novel Tubular Design for Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask
The Mirage Swift II from ResMed incorporates an unusual but ergonomic design. The tube, traditionally worn down by the chest or attached over the top of the head, is worn by attaching the tube to one side of your headgear. This attachment helps to diffuse air away from you and your partner and allows you to sleep comfortably on your back or on your side. The Mirage Swift II Nasal Pillow Mask is a quiet sleep apnea therapy mask that detaches easily and can be cleaned quickly.
Enhanced Pillow Design
The Swift II modeled dozens of faces to design a nasal pillow cushion that would fit nearly every face. The pillows in the Swift II are thinner than the original model without sacrificing any of the comfort you've come to expect from a ResMed design. The cushion will contour around your mouth for a better seal that won't leave any stretch marks.
At just 2.5 ounces, the Mirage Swift II is perfect for the road warrior. The mask folds up easily and can fit in just about every travel bag.
Quiet Air Diffusion
ResMed says that the Mirage Swift II Nasal Pillow Mask is a full 86% quieter than the Original Swift model. The Swift II is practically silent and won't disrupt you or your partner as you sleep. The air vent is now located on the frame instead of near the cushion, and it disperses air downward to mimic natural respiratory release.
Unique Tube Connector
Unlike most CPAP masks, the Mirage Swift II's hose is not meant to be worn down or over the head, but is instead connected to one side of the headgear. This helps to diffuse air away from you or your partner, and also allows you to sleep on one side without restriction.
Easy Fitting and Cleaning
ResMed designed the Swift II with three different pillow sizes -- small, medium, and large -- and all should fit easily. After initial fitting and adjustment, the Swift II can be worn without velcro or attachment clips. Additionally, assembling and disassembling parts is easy, which makes cleaning and replacing parts effortless.

This mask is ideal for people who like to watch tv or read before bed, as the unobtrusive design gives you a clear line of vision while you wear the mask.
I've never used a nasal pillow mask before: what is the biggest advantage?
Some users say that the pillows on the sides of the mask are much more comfortable than typical headgear, and that they can fall asleep on their sides easier with this type of mask.
Should I just choose the biggest pillow cushions for optimal comfort?
No, choose the cushion in your size. Larger cushions won't offer significantly bigger pillows, they'll just make the mask fit worse.
This mask comes with Small, Medium and Large nasal pillows in the same package.
Subject: Work even with high setting :)
Because of my condition I set my CPAP machine to very high setting (I set to 19). But no leaks at all from this mask, this is very good mask!! The mask a little hard to put on because too big but it does job very good. Too big but comfortable. I sleep on side and I put my tube on other side of me and it works very good. I feel claustrophobia from a lot of the masks but this one works well for me. I used to use the regular face mask styles but they are painful on my nose and face. This is very good alternative to that type. Also good price on Respshop.
This is the best mask I used because no pressure on my head. It work very well even on high setting. If you have high setting like me you should try this one because it does not leak. I have told all my friends to use this mask. Respshop has very good customer service and help me buy supply every time. Thank you respshop.
Subject: Mirage Swift ii Mask
Bought this mask because I liked that the hose went out the side of the mask instead of to the bottom. I've found this to be very comfortable and convenient for sleeping since I can keep my tube out of the way.
Wanted a mask that would keep the air feed off my neck and chest. This mask seemed to fulfill that desire since it the feed connects in from the side instead of the bottom of the cushion. The mask is very comfortable, especially the straps themselves. There is a tightening point on the top, and a tightening point on the back. Use these in conjunction and I’m very confident that you’ll be able to find a good fit regardless of head shape and size. The material is nice too and I don’t get a hot head after a night of sleep.
The package comes with three cushion sizes and I tried them all. Of course you should only use one size, the one that works best for you, but you should be able to find it since all three are included. As for the actual cushion feel, it’s good. Fits well and works well, not much more to add on top of that. I did buy an extra pillow as an eventual replacement and it was a pretty normal, affordable price.
As I mentioned, I bought this mask primarily because the air feed goes out the side instead of the bottom. This has worked excellently for me and it lets me sleep on my side or back without any kind of interference. It works better for sleeping on one side than the other, but I believe you can flip the side that the air feed connects to.
Been using this mask for half a year now and I give it a full thumbs up, the mask has been consistently great. The pillows are great, they’re nice and supple so it fits against my nose quite well without squeezing or causing unnecessary pain. I admittedly did have a little leakage the first few nights, but I decided to try the larger pillow and that fixed things up. It comes with three sizes. Replacements are fairly priced, although they don’t carry the small size for some reason. Not a problem for me since I use large but worth pointing out.
Other than that, the mask harness is pretty comfortable. I like the material and the straps are nice and wide, so the pressure is distributed well. They haven’t lost much elasticity yet in the 6 months I’ve used it, so it seems pretty durable as well. The biggest reason I bought this mask was because the air feed comes into the nose piece horizontally instead of vertically. I sleep purely on my back so horizontal feeds would usually interfere with my body. Not a problem with the Swift II however, as it just comes out to the side. Probably not as recommended for a side sleeper but that’s not a concern for me. All in all, this is a great mask and I would highly recommend it.
This mask is great, the cost is super. My insurance would have changed me almost $200.00 dollars for the same item. I am very pleased. And very fast delivery.
Okay I wiffed on this mask and made a subpar purchase at best. If there is anything swift about this was my end result that I bought an okay mask. Originally I bought this mask wanting to see if the side air attachment was an improvement over the Swift which exits down. Yes it does that but the weight on the nose piece is too much in my opinion. Moving around does you no good as it will leak. I wake up plenty of times having to replace it in the right spot. Lost sleep over this so I'm not happy about it.
This mask is not worth the money over the original.
Okay mask not so great. I dont really like this mask. instead of the hose connecting to the middle, it connects from the side. it makes it hard for me to sleep on my side because then the hose gets pinched. Resmed please do something about this mask.
