Featuring a soft AirPillow cushion and AutoFit headgear, the F&P Solo Pillows ensures a gentle yet stable fit. The AutoFit headgear automatically adjusts to fit your face and can be easily adjusted by pushing or pulling the cushion.

The mask’s minimalist design leaves your field of view open, perfect for wearing glasses, watching TV and reading in bed.

For even more flexibility, you can swap out the Solo nasal pillows with the Solo nasal cushion. The headgear, short tube, frame and swivel are compatible with both cushion types.

How do I clean my Solo Pillows CPAP Mask?

Daily cleaning: nasal pillows cushion, frame, short tube, swivel
Weekly cleaning: headgear

Disassemble the mask prior to cleaning. Please refer to the user guide or the myMask app for help with disassembly.
Wash the mask parts in warm water with mild soap. Avoid soaking the parts for more than 10 minutes and don’t extend the headgear while wet.
Rinse thoroughly and air dry away from direct sunlight.

My F&P Solo Pillows Mask is leaking. What should I do?

Gently pull the mask away from your face and then release it, allowing the cushion seal to inflate and settle comfortably under your nose.
Make sure to clean both your mask cushion and your face, as facial oils can interfere with the seal.
Ensure you're wearing your Solo Pillows Mask according to the fitting instructions in the user guide or the F&P myMask app. The way you put on the mask significantly impacts the seal.
Adjust your headgear as necessary.
Try a larger or smaller cushion size.
Replace any worn out mask parts.

Is the F&P Solo Nasal Pillow Mask also available as a nasal cushion mask?

Yes, there is a nasal cushion version of the Solo Nasal Pillow Mask: F&P Solo Nasal CPAP Mask.

You can also replace your Solo nasal pillows cushion with a Solo nasal cushion.

How often should I replace my Solo Pillows Mask?

To maintain the best fit and seal for your CPAP therapy, we recommend replacing the entire mask, including the headgear and frame, every 6 months.

The silicone cushion, however, may need to be replaced more frequently, typically every 2 to 3 months. Silicone naturally softens over time, which can affect its ability to create a good seal.

Subject: Fisher & Paykel Solo Pillow Cpap Mask
Fisher & Paykel have done it again! The auto adjusting headgear takes all the fuss out of putting on my mask and constant re adjusting it. Other nasal pillow masks I have used just don't hold the cushion in place like the Solo. What a treat to not have any clips or magnets to deal with too. I love that the fit pack is offered so I didn't have to worry about sizing and it is priced the same. This is an easy, comfortable mask that I would recommend to everyone. Thank you Respshop for helping me with my order.

Subject: Love the idea, but lacking.
Love the idea of the self tightening harness and it works great to help stop air leakage. Did not over tighten itself in my case, and did not leak air like other masks have done. My complaint is that it slips off your head very easily during the night. The yellow material is really slick and seems to offer no grip to keep the harness in place on the back of your head. Love the idea…but needs improvements!
