ResMed's Mirage SoftGel and Activa LT Nasal Mask Frame Assembly features a mask frame, a swivel, forehead support system, and headgear clips for each side of the mask. The frame is part of ResMed's ConvertAble series and is compatible with both the Mirage SoftGel Nasal Mask and the Mirage Activa Nasal Mask. The parts included in this package are built with durable and high quality material that, with proper maintenance, should last several months. The frame features ergonomically designed exhalation ports placed in a circular pattern, an orientation designed to filter air away from you and your bed partner.
Active Cell Technology
The mask frame features ResMed's Active Cell technology, which helps patients maintain a quality seal throughout their therapy. With Active Cell, your cushion will constrict and expand as you toss and turn throughout the night, which allows you a greater freedom of movement. Furthermore, the Active Cell design prevents you from needing to overtighten your mask: you'll be able to keep a durable and quality seal without clamping your mask against your face.
The forehead support for the SoftGel/Activa LT mask frame is designed to increase the stability and comfort in a CPAP mask. The support pad is made of a soft silicone based material. It rests gently against your face, and the mask's Active Cell technology supports the connection between mask and face as you move around at night.
