Created to reduce potential nasal congestion and dry mouth, the ResMed S9 H5i Heated Humidifier is available as an attachable add-on for the ResMed S9 CPAP device in order to provide bonus comfort and superior performance.

Climate Control

Using the ResMed ClimateLine technology, the S9 H5i Heated Humidifier has a unique climate control system that tracks airflow and the surrounding temperature in the room to adjust the humidity accordingly to provide the best relief. Managing the humidity in the CPAP device, the S9 H5i can effectively eliminate condensation from forming inside the tube, eliminating the threat of rainout in the mask and resulting in superior comfort.

Two tubing options are available

The ResMed S9 H5i Heated Humidifier has two different tubing options available to allow the owner to choose whichever best fits their needs. The SlimLine tubing is lightweight and flexible which reduces potential mask drag and increases comfort.

Heated tubing in the form of the ClimateLine model is available for customers who prefer heated tubing. With its temperature sensor attached at the mask side, the ClimateLine Heated Tubing manages condensation inside the tube and mask area and helps eliminate excess condensation that can cause discomfort.

Is the water tub dishwasher safe?

While we recommend cleaning the water tub regularly, it is not dishwasher-safe. Hand cleaning with warm water and a mild detergent, while using distilled water over tap water, will help you preserve life and reduce damage to the tub.

Are there heated tubing options available so I can minimize the moisture in my tube and mask?

Yes, you can find the ClimateLine Tubing for sale for those who prefer to have heated tubing. Like the standard SlimLine tubing, the ClimateLine tubing is lightweight and flexible and has a temperature sensor to manage the condensation levels to help prevent rainout.

Worked very well, I liked that you dont have to have a prescription to get replacement parts. Most places want you to buy the whole unit. So for that it was a great buy and will definitely order again. And it was here on time as promised.

I use my ResMed S9 CPAP Machine every night and I cleaned the hose but now It won't work. It's telling me there is a humidifier fault - replace humidifier. I was pulling on the hose, trying to take it apart, maybe I disconnected something there. Can you please help?
Hello, I am sorry to hear your humidifier is not working. If you are receiving a fault error, please take your humidifier apart from the cpap and try hooking it back up. If there is still a fault error you will need to replace your humidifier. Thank you
I am getting a message "motor life exceeded, please contact service provider". I'd like to know how to replace this machine
The message would be about the Cpap vs the humidifier. The S9 is no longer made by Resmed. The replacement is the Airsense S10.
