Will this fit a Vitera full face?

It is not necessary to wear a chin strap when you have a full face mask. With the full face mask, it does not matter if your jaw relaxes in your sleep as the cushion covers it. Chin straps are meant for non full face mask users whose mouth open in their sleep.
