Warranty Policy
Note: all services, including the advertisement,
ordering, sale, delivery, instruction, and setup of the products, are
performed solely by respshop.com and independently of the manufacturers. In case
you need warranty service, please contact Respshop.com instead of the
manufacturers or your local dealers.
How long is my machine/mask/tubing
covered?
Flow
Generators (CPAP machines)
All CPAP machines are covered under a 2 year manufacturer warranty, except Devilbiss CPAPs, which have 3 years warranty.
Humidifiers
ResMed humidifier: 1 year manufacturer warranty. All other humidifiers: 2 year manufacturer warranty.
Masks
ResMed masks: 90 days manufacturer warranty. All other masks: 30 days manufacturer warranty.
Resmed ClimateLine Tubing
90 days manufacturer warranty.
I
have a defective CPAP machine/mask. What should I do?
Please
contact us for a RMA number before you ship the defective item to us. We will either repair it or have a replacement for you. All freight charges in a warranty situation are the responsibility of the Respshop.com. The manufacturer warranty does not cover misuse, physical damage to the unit or water damage.
International Warranty Policy
All devices or masks sold by
Respshop.com do not have international warranty. If you are an
international customer, or a US customer travelling outside of US, you will
have to contact Respshop.com for warranty services. Please do not contact the
manufacturers or your local dealers. Someimes you will need to send the
defective machines/masks (you do not need to send us the accessories, so you
will pay less postage) to Respshop.com, and we will send the replaced or
repaired machines to you. Respshop.com will cover the round trip shipping cost.

Return
policy
Please contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) before returning the un-opened products.
Respshop will accept returns on any unopened product within 30 days of the original ship date. A 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from the original cost and a credit for the difference will be issued. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please note that any product that has been opened or used can not be returned.
