Extend the life of your CPAP mask with replacement cushion

The cushions for the ResMed Quattro FX CPAP Full Face Mask may need to be replaced periodically. Select the appropriately sized cushion to fit your mask.

Size

The Quattro FX comes in three different sizes, with face cushions built to accommodate each size. Replacement cushions will only fit in masks that are the same size. Large frame masks require a large cushion, medium frame masks a medium cushion, and small frame masks a small cushion.

Cushion Design

The cushion's dual-wall design serves two purposes: the inner wall supports and stabilizes the cushion, while the outer membrane seals around your face. The outer membrane inflates while you breathe, allowing it to remain sealed without stretching across your face and causing sores or red spots.

Reviewers Tip:

Replace your cushion every three months or so to ensure that the mask doesn't leak or slip off.

FAQ

I bought a replacement mask but can't get it to fit.

Face cushions are designed to fit only one mask size. If your replacement cushion does not fit, check to make sure that you ordered a properly sized cushion.

How often should I replace the cushion?

As long as your mask remains sealed, your cushions are probably in working order. When you notice your cushions start to sag, they need to be replaced, as they will no longer fit around your face and will emit air. Cushions will generally need to be replaced after roughly three months of use.

Hi
I agree completely with your other l customers , these cushions must be the worlds most expensive plastic, but try buying the same item in Australia , they are at least 50% more expensive here, 79 Australian dollars I was quoted today, for an item they recommend you change fortnightly. enough said.

Perfectly fine with me!!! As a matter of fact, I am ordering my fourth replacement cushion today using the summer promotion. Been using CPAPs since '95 and only began the full-face model in November 2011. Once I settled on the Medium size all was fine. Had started with the Large and that was a problem with air on the eyes and this was just after having lasik surgery. I like the brand and would recommend. Nothing in the CPAP world is perfect but this is as close as it gets for me.
