All CPAP machines are covered under a 2 year manufacturer warranty.
Humidifiers
ResMed humidifier: 1 year manufacturer warranty.
All other humidifiers: 2 year manufacturer warranty.
Masks
ResMed masks: 90 days manufacturer warranty.
All other masks: 30 days manufacturer warranty.
I have a defective machine/mask. What should I do?
Please contact us for a RMA number before you ship the defective item to us. We will either repair it or have a replacement for you. All freight charges in a warranty situation are the responsibility of the customer. The manufacturer warranty does not cover misuse, physical damage to the unit or water damage.
Return policy
Please contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) before returning the un-opened products.
Respshop will accept returns on any unopened product within 30 days of the original ship date. A 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from the original cost and a credit for the difference will be issued. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please note that any product that has been opened can not be returned.
